Our rebrand to Burlington Estate Agents reflects the growth of our business, our wider range of services, and our commitment to providing a more professional, personal and complete property service. Burlington Estate Agents was founded by Jamie Dore and Diana Yazadzhieva, who bring together extensive property industry experience gained within some of the UK's largest corporate estate agency groups.
After years of dedication to the industry, they decided to establish an independent agency built around their own vision: combining professional expertise and high standards with a more personal, flexible and attentive approach to clients.
Today, Jamie and Diana remain actively involved in the business, working alongside a wider team of property professionals and trusted partners to deliver comprehensive Sales, Lettings and Property Management services.
Jamie Dore

With estate agency experience dating back to 1996, Jamie brings extensive knowledge of residential sales, lettings, property valuations, negotiations and property investment.
Having developed his career within major corporate estate agency groups, Jamie combines commercial experience with strong knowledge of the South West London and Surrey property markets.
His hands-on approach and commitment to providing honest advice help clients make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Diana Yazadzhieva
Co-Founder & Director
Diana brings valuable experience in estate agency operations, lettings and property management, having previously worked within one of the UK's largest corporate estate agency groups.
She oversees key aspects of the business, including landlord relationships, tenancy administration, property compliance, client care and day-to-day operations.
With a strong focus on communication, organisation and attention to detail, Diana is committed to delivering a reliable and professional service to landlords, tenants and property owners.
